Pickup and drop-off tents are just inside the ticket booths at the gates below. Choose the location that works best for your arrival.
- Gate 1: By the public bus transit stop on Hillsborough Street.
- Gate 7: Access gate. Equipment is brought from another gate when available, so allow extra time.
- Gate 8: Near the horse barn parking lots at Trinity Road and Youth Center Road.
- Gate 9: Entrance from the Trinity Road parking lots.
- Gate 10: Entrance from the accessible parking lots off Trinity Road.
For safety, Mobility Concepts equipment must remain inside the fair gates unless a staff member accompanies you.

Cash or card. Single and double strollers plus single-capacity CuddleCars.
What to bring.
- Valid photo ID showing your current address.
- A valid licence, car keys or cash security deposit to hold until the equipment is returned.
- Cash or an accepted card for payment at pickup. Bank transaction service fees apply.
There are no online or advance reservations. Guests are assisted in the order they arrive, based on equipment availability.
