All rental pickups and drop-offs are at the Mobility Concepts kiosk in front of the IHFC building, where Market buses pick up and drop off.
Walk-up guests are helped in the order they arrive, based on equipment availability. Call for reservation requests, changes or cancellations.

- Payment is made with cash or an accepted card when you collect the equipment.
- Equipment is matched to your needs, availability and the scooter's capabilities.
- Scooter baskets are intended for lightweight items. Keep valuables secured to yourself.
- Only the renter may ride the scooter.
Wheelchair fit
Push wheelchairs are available in multiple sizes. Leg lifts and foot rests are available. Staff may determine that a wheelchair does not safely meet a guest's needs.
